Whilst Apex is not all about fundraising, it does make up a large part of what we do. We raise funds through different activities, mainly the sale of Sheep Manure (Shanure) and catering. Events such as the Chowilla Ball and Motorbike Ride have been good fundraisers in the past, and we anticipate that an annual Golf Day will also develop into a good fundraising activity from 2012 onwards.

Money raised through these activities is then re-distributed within our comunity to other charities, community groups and individuals. Money is also used to purchase or improve assets for the club such as cooking equipment.
The main thing we do well whilst fundraising – is have FUN.
